No refunds or returns on rugs and throws as they are special order items,  returns must have return authorization number attainable via E-mail at: yourquestions@countrywesternhomedecor.com
returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%  and you pay return shipping.  Damaged goods must be returned with return authorization number also available via E-mail: yourquestions@countrywesternhomedecor.com
once damaged returns are received replacements  will be shipped.

 In the unlikely hood that an item is out of stock  items will automatically be reordered. If the back order is more than 14 days you will be notified.  Back orders under $50.00 will be cancelled unless other wise instructed.

Rugs and throws are special order items and cannot be returned. Unless there  is a flaw in the workmen ship. Items  ship Fed ex  usually with in 5-7 business days.
